We do not exchange money at the hotel, but you can pay your hotel bill with HUF and euros. The receptionist will be happy to provide information regarding the possibility of currency exchange.

If you have secured your room by providing your credit card details, the hotels will hold your room the whole night. If your reservation was made without giving your credit card info your room is held until 18:00 local time. In the latter case, you should inform the hotel about your late arrival to avoid problems.

If You do not receive the booking confirmation immediately after booking, send a short e-mail with Your booking number.

Rates are per room per night unless marked otherwise. The rates include the breakfast price, taxes, and fees.

Steps of hotel booking:

1. Choosing arrival, departure date, room type, and number of rooms
2. Selecting the number of adults and children
3. Filling out the personal data sheet
4. Filling in credit card info (if needed)
5. Finish reservation

After finishing the reservation you will receive automatically a notification. If the selected hotel cannot confirm your reservation you will still receive an answer from us offering other accommodations for you.

Yes, hotel reservation through our system is free of charge. You should only pay the price of the selected services at the hotel.

Payment is carried out usually in the hotel before leaving. The hotel will withdraw from the credit card only in exceptional cases, like early booking, special offers, or reservations for the time of a fair.

The hotels ask for credit card info as a guarantee, so your credit card will be not charged in advance.

Yes, we can only officially confirm reservations with a credit card guarantee (Name, credit card number, date of expiry, and security code)

During the booking process, there are cases when you should give your credit card data. Our company uses the most modern decoding techniques (SSL) so your data are secured and nobody can access them. The hotels ask for credit card info as a guarantee.

At the end of your confirmation, you can find a link to "canceling a reservation". By clicking this link you are able to make your cancellation online. Cancellations can be made free of charge 24 hours before arrival time. In case of a no-show and late cancellation, the accommodation is entitled to charge you the first night's price.

Changes to room reservations made through the hotel's sales department can be via fax or e-mail and are always subject to availability. Bookings made through our website can also be modified by our sales department, or by the guest online. Please note, you must actually cancel your previous reservation, and make a new reservation. This may be carried out on the online booking page; press the cancel my reservation button, and then enter the reservation number from your confirmation email.
